SPECIAL DELIVERY:

When in Green Valley you are now able to deliver communications for the Board, Secretary/Treasurer or for our Committees by depositing into a LOCKBOX at the home of the Secretary.  In the future we will discontinue putting postage on the return envelopes for mailings delivered by us to our Owners in Green Valley.   (click on Lockbox to view)

During an emergency it could be necessary to contact a homeowner not in residence in Green Valley.

Not having an alternate phone number delays our ability to deal with an emergency situation. It is very important that homeowners provide phone numbers or an email address where they can be reached when they are away from Green Valley for extended periods.

Please provide that information to the Association secretary, Marianne Bishop, using this form or via phone at 520-625-4924, or mail: P.O. Box 1150, Green Valley, AZ 85622.

Noisy water pipes?  Many homeowners have had to replace their defective pressure reduction valve.

This link from the Green Valley Water District will give you details.

The water company will check your valve free of charge.
