Neighborhood Watch ???
We don’t need a committee.  We should ALL be Pro-Active.  Most of us carry a cell phone.  If you see something that looks suspicious call directly to 9-1-1 and make a report.  This enables someone to be dispatched to check it immediately.

If you are going away for an extended period even if you have stopped mail and newspapers, tell a neighbor so that they can retrieve any door hangers, phone books, etc. that someone decides to drop in your driveway making your home look empty.
